Guiding Principles for this Capital Raise community by Fund Managers by Fund Managers (Very important, please ready carefully):

1. Basic courtesy and mutual respect is a foundations for our community.

2.Members are the lifeline of this FREE community, This community is for capital raise partners by capital raise partners. Members are encouraged to join, bring other capital raise partners/fund managers to the community.

3. Please also connect high quality sponsors and investment opportunities through your sphere of influence and participate in the due diligence process actively. More connections will lead to better opportunities and better due diligence. Let's all grow together.

3. Operators and sponsors are encouraged to present their deals directly, not via Capital Raise partners.

4. This is a place to raise capital together and partner on deals together at the same level with same negotiated term for all participating capital raise partners. Fund of Fund structure is encouraged, which allows to have same terms for all fund managers and still participating directly individually and by staying within the regulations of the SEC. Please keep this in mind when making investments through your connections.

5. Any arrangements for additional shares/allocations due to the connections your bring to forum is discouraged and should be bought to founder's attention immediately.

6. The community plans to perform the due diligence as a group, yet everyone is responsible to make their own decisions based on their own due diligence and decision criteria. The community members or the founders are not responsible for any liabilities rising from each other's independent decision to participate in a particular opportunity.

7. This community is for capital raise partners with some level of experience with capital raise, experience for creation of fund is not required. However, if you are an emerging capital raise partner, we would love to welcome you. However, we request you to acquire thorough understanding of your asset class, due diligence and basics of capital raise process and highly recommend to listen in for few sessions. This will help avoiding very basic questions/learning curve that may negatively impact the speed and growth of the community. We may plan a separate path for such emerging partners in future to Learn and Grow, so stay tuned!
